Delivery Times
- All items are handmade in the UK and typically dispatched within 3 days of order placement.
- Standard UK delivery starts at £3.95.
- Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £7.50.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Please allow up to 4 working days during peak periods.
- Free Shipping on UK orders over £75.
- Goods may require a signature upon delivery.
International Delivery
- Orders up to £49.99: Europe £8, Rest of the World £25.
- Orders £50 - £99.99: Europe £15, Rest of the World £35.
- Orders £100 - £199.99: Europe £30, Rest of the World £50.
- Orders over £200: Europe £40, Rest of the World £70.
Stock
- Out-of-stock items are made to order and may take up to 6 weeks for dispatch.
- For urgent orders, please contact us to possibly expedite at additional cost.
COVID-19 Update

- Delivery times may be longer than usual due to social distancing measures.
- Shipping restrictions to certain countries may apply; these orders will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Packaging
- Items are securely packaged in tissue paper and sent in a postal bag.
Returns Policy
- Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition, or a deduction of up to 20% may apply.
- Returns should be sent via a tracked service; we are not liable for items lost in transit.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are faulty.
- International returns should be labelled "Returned for Repair" or "Return for Refund" to avoid UK customs delays.

- Refunds for gifts are credited to the original purchaser.
- Exchange differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
